KEYTIVO (“we”, “us”) operates keytivo.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it.
What we collect
- Order data: name, email address, country and phone number — the minimum required to deliver digital products and provide support.
- Account data: if you create an account, your login email and order history.
- Support correspondence: messages you send us, so we can resolve your requests.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type) used for security and troubleshooting.
We do not collect or store payment card details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment processors over encrypted connections.
How we use your data
- To process orders and deliver license keys by email
- To provide customer support and process replacements or refunds
- To send order-related transactional emails
- To send marketing emails only if you explicitly subscribed (unsubscribe anytime)
- To prevent fraud and secure our services
Legal bases
We process order data to perform our contract with you, technical data under legitimate interest in securing our services, and marketing data with your consent.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to run the store (payment processors, email delivery, hosting), each bound by their own data protection obligations. We never sell personal data.
Retention
Order records are retained as required for tax and accounting law. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Support threads are retained for up to 24 months.
