All KEYTIVO products are digital. Nothing is shipped physically, and no shipping fees ever apply.
Timing
Delivery is automatic upon payment confirmation. Most orders arrive within 2 minutes. Card payments confirm near-instantly; some payment methods may take longer to clear, in which case delivery follows confirmation automatically.
What you receive
- An order confirmation email
- A delivery email containing your license key(s) and step-by-step activation instructions
- Permanent access to your keys under My Account → Orders
If delivery is delayed
- Check your spam/promotions folder for mail from keytivo.com.
- Verify the email address on your order under My Account.
- Contact support@keytivo.com with your order number — we resend deliveries in seconds, 24/7.
Inventory protection
In the rare case a product is temporarily out of key inventory at payment time, our team is alerted immediately and fulfills your order manually with priority. You will never receive an invalid or duplicate key: every key in our system is assigned to exactly one order.
