1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of keytivo.com and your purchase of digital products from KEYTIVO. By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Products
KEYTIVO sells genuine software license keys and digital activation products. Product pages state the edition, platform, license type and device count. Software trademarks belong to their respective owners; KEYTIVO is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the software publishers unless expressly stated.
3. Orders and delivery
Orders are fulfilled electronically. License keys are delivered to the email address provided at checkout after payment is confirmed, and remain accessible in your account. See our Delivery Policy.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown at checkout in USD. Payment is due at the time of order through the methods offered. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a correction affects your placed order you may cancel for a full refund.
5. License use
Keys are for the stated product and device count only. You may not resell, publish or share purchased keys. Use of the underlying software is additionally governed by the publisher’s end-user license agreement.
6. Replacements and refunds
Keys that fail to activate are verified and replaced free of charge. Unredeemed keys are refundable within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site fraudulently, attempt to breach its security, or purchase with unauthorized payment instruments. We may cancel orders and suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KEYTIVO’s aggregate liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
