Order Help

KEYTIVO is an online storefront operated by KLYVEXAI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. KEYTIVO sells digital software licences and subscriptions. No physical product is shipped, so digital orders do not have a postal tracking number.

How checkout and delivery work

  1. Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Enter your billing details. Checkout requires your real name, email, phone number, and billing address.
  3. Pay the order total through Stripe using a payment method shown at checkout, such as a credit or debit card. KEYTIVO does not store full card numbers.
  4. Digital delivery happens only after Stripe confirms the payment. Orders may still be reviewed for fraud or verification before delivery.
  5. Licence details are emailed to the address entered at checkout. A WhatsApp copy may also be sent when a WhatsApp number was provided.

Under normal automated fulfilment, email delivery is typically completed within 10 minutes after Stripe confirms the payment. Longer processing can occur for fraud prevention, inventory checks, or manual review.

Refunds

For unredeemed and unused licence products, you may request a refund within 14 days from the purchase date shown on your order. Licences that have already been redeemed, activated, disclosed, or used are generally not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Full conditions are in the Refund Policy.

If you have not received your licence details

  • Confirm that your Stripe payment completed.
  • Check your inbox, spam, junk and promotions folders.
  • Confirm that you entered the correct email address.
  • Open My Account → Orders to review the order status.
  • Check WhatsApp if you provided a WhatsApp number.
