Each product page should identify the edition, licence term and other material restrictions available for that listing.

3. Lawful distribution commitment

KEYTIVO does not intentionally sell cracked, modified or pirated software, and does not provide malware or unauthorised activation tools as part of standard product delivery. 4. Sourcing and inventory controls

If you suspect a delivery issue, unauthorised activity, or a product concern related to authenticity, email support@keytivo.com with your order number and a description of the issue. KEYTIVO may investigate, request clarifying information, pause fulfilment, cancel fraudulent orders, or revoke licence inventory associated with refunded or abusive orders where appropriate.

9. Fraud and rights-holder cooperation

KEYTIVO may cooperate with payment providers, hosting providers and rights holders where legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse or intellectual-property complaints.
